DOJ Files Amicus Brief Supporting Legal Challenge to NY’s Ban

The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) has filed an amicus brief in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in support of the plaintiffs in the New York City case challenging local electrification mandates.
