Hudson Valley Building Industry Association (HVBIA)
The Hudson Valley Building Industry Association (HVBIA) represents residential and commercial builders, remodelers, and industry professionals across the Hudson Valley region. As a local affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and a member of the New York State Builders Association (NYSBA), we are committed to advancing the interests of the building industry, promoting housing affordability, and strengthening our local communities.
Founded in July 2024, HVBIA is proud to be a growing voice for the building industry in our region.
Become a Member of HVBIA
HVBIA membership is $690 per year, which includes membership in both NYSBA ($190) and NAHB ($198) — giving you access to resources and benefits at the local, state, and federal level. Members enjoy networking opportunities with builders, remodelers, and industry professionals across the Hudson Valley, as well as advocacy representation through NYSBA and NAHB at the state and federal level. Through the NAHB Member Savings Program, members receive exclusive discounts, and the HBA Rebates program lets you earn money back on products you're already buying from 60+ manufacturers — in 2024, average participants received over $1,650 in rebates. Members also have access to NYSBA's Workers' Compensation Safety Group through Durnan Group, which has saved members statewide more than $400 million.
