NYSBA hosts Government Relations Briefings exclusively for members, providing timely updates on key legislative and regulatory developments affecting residential construction and land use in New York State. Briefings are held via Zoom during the New York Legislative Session, with additional meetings scheduled as needed after the session in response to current developments.

The briefings are led by Tim Foley, NYSBA Government Relations Committee Chair, NYSBA Executive Director Mike Fazio, and NYSBA's lobbyist Dana Carotenuto of the MirRam Group.
