Statewide Survey on the All-Electric Building Act

​The New York State Builders Association (NYSBA), with support from the NYSBA Research and Education Foundation (REF), recently commissioned a statewide survey on public awareness and perceptions of the All-Electric Building Act. Conducted by Research & Marketing Strategies, Inc. (RMS), the study highlights important findings on how New Yorkers view this law, its costs, and its potential impact on homebuilding and housing affordability.
