Basic Energy Efficiency/ENERGY STAR® Training for NYS Realtors

(Taught by one of the industry’s leaders in a classroom setting)

This program will provide Realtors with technical and practical information on basic building science/whole house approach to energy efficiency (new and existing homes), ENERGY STAR^® homes and Sustainable Construction. Students will be able to effectively convey the homes’ benefits and values to prospective homebuyers. As a result of this course, you will gain an increased understanding of these homes which will produce more sales and promote a more energy efficient and sustainable New York.
