The Residential Energy Services Network (RESNET) is seeking a consultant to assist it in gaining approval of the RESNET standards as American National Standards as defined by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit qualifications from accredited American Standards Developers (ASDs) that describe their capabilities to develop, submit and execute the documentation and process necessary for ANSI approval of the RESNET Standards.
